So there are lots of things that I hate about Provo. Namely, Parking. People forget how to park when they come to Provo. The pressure of dating. Pedestrians. Cars don't always see you. Apartment shopping. And many more that I have listed in my journal. However, today I want to speak about the things I LOVE about Provo. And the one thing I love the most is the energy we have after BYU Football wins a game. A couple weeks ago we won the OU game. Provo went crazy. There was honking for at least 3 hours after the game, people just ran around in the streets. It was insane, crazy, and so much fun. There was also a pep rally at two in the morning at the Provo airport welcoming home the football team. There were just crowds of people going crazy everywhere. Now, there is a football game this Saturday. It is the FIRST home game of the season. Tickets are SOLD OUT. I have a feeling that if we win. It will be crazy! again. Surprisingly...I CAN'T WAIT. I will be working the football game, so I'll be in the middle of the action.
Life is rich, jump in with both feet, remember the water is deep but worth the ride and never underestimate your potential. I remember a frustrated basketball player who once she got her chance show what she could do and it was good. Give all you got and when you think you can't give anymore, dig deep and you will find what your really made of.
