2012

I know we are like a whole month into the year, but it's only Feb 1st in my defense and I wanted to highlight 2012. (yes, I stole the idea from all my other friends) I also thought it could be fun. I also want to include the adventures I may have missed along the way. Here we go:

So, technically our engagement happened in Dec. of 2011, but I was engaged from Jan-Mar. It was crazy and hectic, but so fun!

February I had my bridal showers which were amazing and everyone was so nice to come celebrate with me. We also celebrated our first Valentines day together.

In March I ran my first Marathon. It was so hard, but so fulfilling. Thanks to my family and friends for supporting me! Steven ran 7 miles with me, and Sam ran my final 3. A check off the bucket list!
(I also had my first athletic trainer contract job)

April, I married the Love of my life and my best friend! I went through the temple, which was a speical experience. We also went on a cruise for our Honeymoon to Roatan, Cozumel, and Belize. It was a blast!

We also moved into our first apartment together! Which, is an adventure I forgot to add (#29)

Nothing else really happened in September and October, but we did celebrate our Birthdays! Turning 25!

November was a busy and fun month. We went to Virginia for Thanksgiving, and celebrated it with Steven's family
 Lots of cooking

More Adventures

Wow! Its been a while, and Steven and I have seen and done A LOT! We decided that we could start including all kinds of adventures not just places we have gone, so I have A LOT of pictures to add! I'm going to comment as little as possible even though lots of these pictures deserve a caption. I'll limit it to the ones I just can't resist. Here are places/adventures 21-28.

So, Austin counts as like 4 places. We went to the capitol building, stayed in a bed and breakfast, which we've never done before, Steven went paddle boarding for the first time, and we ate trailer food. It was pretty good! It was a fun 3 day weekend!

Biggest. book. ever.

Went hiking, this is Steven pretending to be climbing a huge mountain.

We celebrated Steven's 25th birthday. We won't count it as an adventure because it wasn't our first together, but I do want to brag about him!

I'm glad he was born! :). He is the love of my life, and I truly don't know what I would do without him in my life. He makes each day brighter, and I look forward to coming home each night just to be with him. He's funny, charming, happy, fun, spiritual, handsome, and MINE. I can't wait for the rest of forever with him! Happy Birthday Babe! (2 1/2 months ago) I love you more than food!

This place was pretty good, nothing to write home about, but decent!

The Breakfast Place. It is a cute little hole in the wall down the street from us and we've always wanted to try it out. So, one morning we went for a run then ran to eat there. It was actually really good.

We are going to count my birthday as one big adventure weekend. We went to Dallas to see Jen, Rob, and Shannin and to celebrate Shannin's and I's birthday! It was really fun! Here's what we did...

Before we left my hubby brought me red velvet pancakes in bed!! So good!!

My hubby did a surprise date one night and took me to Disney on ice! I loved it, even if we were the oldest people there without kids!

Those are our adventures so far!...and there is still more to come!
I Love life!:)
